"Actually, this pro found ME!! I had been searching for someone to help me with a board on my deck that needed to be removed and replaced. No luck. It seemed that no one wanted to be bothered with a small job. Then I had a phone call from Vance Thomas who was interested in helping me! We scheduled a time when he could here and check out the project. It turned out that 5 other deck boards also needed to be replaced. He gave me a very fair estimate, got all materials ready and the work was done yesterday! Sometime in August when the weather is dry, the deck will be painted by either me (or Vance if he agrees), and he'll then powerwash the deck and then seal it! I am so grateful to have found this person who takes joy in helping others. I highly recommend him. :)"

"I had a sunroom framed and sided. Unfortunately the company that I had hired, doesn't do electrical or plumbing. I was supposed to have the electrician out, and call the company back to finish the room. Their electrician quoted $2500 just to install 1 light fixture, and 3 wall outlets. Alldun ran the wire and installed 4 can lights, a switch, and 3 outlets for around 1/2 of the price. Passed inspection today, on to the next step!!"

"Sean and his crew arrived on time. They showed up prepared with the materials and supplies to install a new breaker fuse box in my family home. Sean did a great job. He’s very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. He and his crew took their time. They removed all old wires and the fuses from my old fuse box. A new panel was put up and the wiring from the box is very nice and neat and the measurements are correct and accurate. Will definitely refer Corbett’s Construction to my family and friends. "We just want to say thank you for the beyond amazing service that we received from office staff and even more the gentleman that installed our new water softener system with reverse osmosis, uv light and a tankless hot water heater . Mike and Forest where amazing, knowledgeable and kind. Mike helped move some things around in the basement because I didnâ t have it done in time. They are a great team and work really well with each other. We had made them sweet Italian sausage for lunch. We noticed a water leak after they left l. Mike was so amazing and drove from Albany to fix it for us on his way home for the night. I had some chili cooking and gave him some. Mike even cleaned the water of the basement floor. Way more above and beyond than he needed too. Truly amazing. My family would like to say that Mike and Forest are a rare kind of people who just care and will go above and beyond for the people they help to have a better quality of life. We had moved in to take care of our nanny and her water system was no longer working and a week before the install the hot water heater went after 30 years. We recently updated appliances and we needed to protect our investment from the hard water. We absolutely love the reverse osmosis and are drinking the water so much we run out of drinking water lol. We will eventually upgrade to a dual holding tank for drinking water. For now we can make due with what we have. We were spending about $150 sometimes more in water a month for cooking and drinking purposes now we will see the savings in roughly 6 years just for not buying water anymore. With the tankless hot water heater it is too soon to see the savings yet we have a propane system living in the country and we are trying to reduce electric consumption. Gas is cheaper than electric for the usage we have we estimate that we will save around $80 additionally per month with the tankless hot water system. With that added into the equation we estimate about 4.5 years and we will have our return on our initial investment. Our next project will be a generator from this company. We lose electricity a few times a year and with nannyâ s health itâ s not acceptable in todayâ s society. Again thank you Mike and Forest the office ladyâ s weâ re very helpful on this process with us as well."

"Mr. Jim Gorman who is the owner of the business called me back within a half hour of my email posting. He visited my home 3 days later, inspected things, and told me what the approximate cost would be. He and his helper then installed an entire lightning protection system on both my house and a back garage/storage area. He did things exactly as I wanted in every way. Also threw in a free weathervane which increased the beauty of my home. I would have no objection to recommending this gentleman and his company to anyone who is in need of a competently installed lightning protection system for their home/property. "Outlet stopped working, found it was just the GFCI button. But the breaker did have too many outlets depending on it, so they separated one for us and installed a new breaker. They also identified an area outside that wasn’t sealed properly anymore and was allowing water from outside and into the fuse box. They fixed that too. Totally replaced the outside wiring that feeds into the meter and then into the house in like 1 hour! Lastly they installed a new ceiling fan we bought and identified a bad leak for their plumbers to come fix. (Old house) They were beyond professional and clean WHILE they worked. Also cleaned up after themselves. Fairly priced. Five stars 10 stars all the stars. :)"
