I worked with Electrical Detectives to upgrade a 45-year-old panel, install pendant lights, upgrade some outlets to GFCI, and replace some existing ceiling fixtures. From estimate to job completion, Jason and his associate Phillip were a pleasure to work with. I was informed each step of the way, and I'm very happy with the end result. Very professional & knowledgeable. Jason came out to troubleshoot some outlets that quit working. He reponded in 30 minutes. He very quickly diagnosed the problem. Which was a broken wire. He also found some other issues that needed to be addressed. He charges below market rate. He explains the issues he's found. He never makes the repair without prior permission. He gives a very detailed report when finished. Very pleased with his services, having dealt wit numerous contractors before I retired.
