I called HBA and he came over within 20 minutes. It turned out that it was a bit more complicated than just the chain. B.J. went to Loew's and called us from there and said the part we needed was $45 but they had the exact same fixture for $99 and did we want a new one? So he brought us the new lamp/fan and put it together in about 10 minutes and installed it just as quickly. Saved our holiday!"

It turned out that the breaker box the old electrician installed was faulty and wasnâ t working properly because it was of cheap quality.
