"Kevin and his son came out to our house within an hour of our call (at 9:00 at night) to remove a raccoon that had decided to live in our ceiling. This was a bit of an emergency, as the raccoon had apparently been peeing and pooping up there for a while and part of the ceiling gave way! In fact, we knew it was a raccoon because it decided to peek out of the hole at us! Creepy! Kevin was a total pro and had the situation under control in about a half hour. What a relief!
