Replacing the Ballast on a floresent fixture is not rocket science but standing on a ladder to remove/replace and strip 8 wires and make the reconnection requires coordination and balance. "This was a wonderful experience. We had a toilet overflow not only into the master bathroom but about 6 feet into the master bedroom also and soaked through into the insulation in the garage. So when I needed someone to cut out wallboards paint install flooring both tile and carpet and replace the insulation in the ceiling of the garage. They were respectful of my property covering the area to insure the wallboard dust was contained. The repainting was perfect. The bathroom tile is a show stopper. The carpet is perfect.
