"After having serious flood damage to the mansion in 2019, our project Manager introduced us to Dan and Earthon Concepts. The mansion is a very large house and needed serious structure work. Dan came in and was able to do the extensive work in the basement which including building a strong steel frame to secure the three-story 12,000 sq. ft. home so it could stand tall for another 100 yrs. The next project he took on was to rebuild the elaborate main porch, matching the design and workmanship done over a hundred and fifty-five years ago which he was able to do flawlessly. He and his crew have fantastic personalities and were a lot of fun to have here and joke with as I watched my beautiful home come back to life. I am a man with many words and still could not find enough to say how much I would recommend this company to anyone looking for strong work ethics and devoted builders to bring back the history of your home as they did mine. "We had a deck completely torn down and rebuilt with an addition added to the original plans. Stairs were also added to go out to the yard, and to the pool area with new railings, and a scenic iron insert added to the deck sitting area. The crew worked long hours and were very dedicated to the job. This was a major project that turned out beautiful when it was completed in November of 2017. Unfortunately, in May the fascia composite boards began to warp due to the heat and the need for more screws to hold the wood in place so we contacted Daniel, the owner. After talking with him and sending pictures he said he would be out to repair the issues. After many attempts for over a month, Daniel never came back out to the house to fix the deck issues. We had to hire another carpenter to correct the problem. Due to the owner's lack of responsibility and follow-up I would caution anyone who is planning a project to hire this contractor. Keep in mind we would have gladly paid for his services if he would have ever showed up."

Another company did the water, cleanup and removal of most of the tile in our basement.. But doing so they left lots of concrete residue and damage to the floor. The crew at American Dream Epoxy sanded down the floors, patched the damage and put down a beautiful metallic epoxy. Itâ s better than I ever expected."

"Sillers was the fourth foundation company to give us estimates on preventing basement flooding after heavy rains. The first three companies suggested extensive, and expensive, corrections for when the water came through the foundation. Mark was the only one who thought we should look at preventing the water from getting to the basement walls! They dug in a french drain some distance away from the house because of a large cement patio. Mark also repaired several cracks in the foundation and sealed them. He dug out two window wells and filled them with gravel rather than the clay that was there He brought in enough topsoil to assure drainage away from the house. All this was completed in a day and a half, with every area cleaned up better than before. I couldn't ask for more thorough and professional service, and highly recommend Sillers."

They leveled the front step and the sidewalk by drilling holes in the concrete and pumping foam under them until everything was level. They caulked everything when they were done and cleaned up the area. The entrance to our home looks so much better. It was well worth the money."

"I had several estimates and MADEWELL CONCRETE was very reasonably priced. They did amazingly quick and efficient work. It was a smooth process from the initial estimate to the removal and replacement of my concrete driveway. The old driveway was removed and the form was built for the new driveway in 1 day and the new driveway was poured the next day. After several days of curing we were using our new driveway. Just keep one thing in mind, some landscaping will be required by the homeowner afterwards but MADEWELL CONCRETE does their best to keep this to a minimum."

"Eric tore down an at least 30 year old rr tie retaining wing wall (I think that was the correct terminology) and installed a stone wall. It tapered/stepped down from 5' to ground level and it looks GREAT!! He also installed a drain line to catch the flow down the hillside with a popup at the end and graded the slope away from the basement wall. He worked efficiently and quickly -- completed the tear down and installation in a little less than 2 days. And the cost was well worth it. I highly recommend Eric's company!!"
