"Ken and Crew (Seth?) were excellent from first contact on phone. Very professional and personable. I had a portable Generac Portable Generator Transfer switch install/ inspection done. Ken was not only very thorough setting this all up, but was also patient to walk me through the startup/ shutdown procedure. He also took care of some other electrical moves while on the job that were outside of the job scope that made sense to do at the same time (move electric hot water tank) to the main panel - this eliminated the additional cost of me paying for two meters on the house. Very courteous and just did an overall above and beyond job that was in budget!! Highly recommended already to family/ friends and neighbors. My wife feels confident now when we have our kitchen made over, Wellington Electric, LLC will be our contractors."

"David came to our house and gave us a quote to have 3 ceiling fans, and 4 - 3 way switches, 1 dimmer and 3-15 Amp 125-Volt Duplex SmarTest Self-Test Tamper Resistant GFCI Outlet, replace fire detectors with 3 wired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. David also found a problem with our generator connection and fixed the problem. We are extremely happy with Lanzillo Electric and will continue to use them with future jobs."

"I called Heritage because I am a new homeowner and my central A/C was blowing lukewarm air. I've seen the ads on TV for Heritage and online reviews looked good. I don't know any handymen, and I wanted someone I could trust. The Heritage rep was friendly and professional on the phone, and had a tech out to me in an hour. The tech called to let me know when he would be arriving, and he was on time. The tech, Mark, was friendly and professional, and knew his stuff. He explained things to me in an easy-to-understand fashion, and he presented me with all my repair options and the associated cost so I could make an informed decision. He was never pushy at all. He showed me exactly where the problems were, and explained what it would take to fix them. He had all the supplies he needed in his truck. He always put on shoe coverings before entering my home, so my carpets stayed clean. In the end, I decided it would be more cost effective to purchase a new central air conditioning unit, and Mark was able to quickly coordinate with the office to have a tech come out same day to discuss my options with me. This was my first time doing business with Heritage, and I am very impressed. I have signed up for their Home Advantage plan, which is basically like AAA, but for your house instead of your car. There is a low monthly cost, and I get free yearly cleanings of my furnace and A/C, 10% off all services, no emergency fees, and $500 off the install of a new furnace or A/C. I like having that peace of mind knowing professionals are helping to keep my home well-maintained. So far, I highly recommend Heritage!"

- Make sure the electrical panel box is accessible. You’ll pay for the time it takes to access it.
- Clear away fragile items, knickknacks and furniture from areas where you expect the them to work.
- If you have questions about the project, ask them before they start. Most are happy to run you through the problem and the process of fixing it.
- Ask about potential issues after the work is complete. During a service call a professional will spot any potential hazards.
- You’ll lose power to parts of your home while they work. Be prepared to pause anything you’re doing during the service call.
