"Totally impressed ! First time customer. I woke up with my garage ceiling acting like a rain cloud. Water coming down,! Went on computer looking for plumber in my area, Who's available and has more than 3 stars ! Called several but no luck in getting thru. or making contact. I found Proactive thru Home Advisor. Start with their customer service -very professional & courteous,. Service manager responded in short time in making adjustments to one of the service tech's route schedule. Service Tech -Gary was a great guy, great tech in knowing within 1-2 minutes exactly where my problem was and he did a cost sheet before he started & completed any work. "All Solution Electric came and installed bathroom fans in two of my bathrooms, and were very patient and helpful throughout the process as some hurdles arose in terms of the fans I had bought being faulty (thanks cheap Amazon quality control), waiting while I ran to purchase a new fan that day, installing around the old construction ?character? of the house, and coming back to quickly fix a wiring issue. The price was also totally reasonable and I?d recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done. They?re great guys and I?ll work with them again if the need arises."
