The tech called to let me know when he would be arriving, and he was on time. The tech, Mark, was friendly and professional, and knew his stuff. He explained things to me in an easy-to-understand fashion, and he presented me with all my repair options and the associated cost so I could make an informed decision. He was never pushy at all. He showed me exactly where the problems were, and explained what it would take to fix them. He had all the supplies he needed in his truck. He always put on shoe coverings before entering my home, so my carpets stayed clean. In the end, I decided it would be more cost effective to purchase a new central air conditioning unit, and Mark was able to quickly coordinate with the office to have a tech come out same day to discuss my options with me. This was my first time doing business with Heritage, and I am very impressed. I have signed up for their Home Advantage plan, which is basically like AAA, but for your house instead of your car. There is a low monthly cost, and I get free yearly cleanings of my furnace and A/C, 10% off all services, no emergency fees, and $500 off the install of a new furnace or A/C. I like having that peace of mind knowing professionals are helping to keep my home well-maintained. So far, I highly recommend Heritage!"
