Upon coming into my home he and his associate had diagnosed some of the issues I pointed out in a matter of minutes and had even fixed one of the problems immediately. My assumption was that he'd walk through and provide an estimate for servicing at some other point. Instead, he and his associate not only gave amazing pricing and made multiple suggestions to fix the issues in ways that I could easily understand, they also fixed it all right then. One of the things I needed done was an added outlet in my garage which required extensive wiring through the walls. While I sat back and watched tv, they quickly and professionally took care of it, providing me updates throughout the work. And when he stated the price, I had to ask again just to clarify because I assumed it would be much more. I will never call another electrician as long as I own this home. He sent all his credentials and licenses and insurance coverages of his business and they came over the next morning and completed the installation extremely fast. He gave a fantastic offer, and lifetime warranty coverage and will even come over and take down system when we replace the roof and place back up at no charge! His wife even saw some plants we had not put in the garden still sitting in containers, and offered and planted them in the spaces we wanted, just to help out. Very friendly, helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and even suggested adding Lakeland Electrics Surge Protector protection they provide to go along with the Lightning rods. Yes would have them again on any home anytime."

"We had a great experience with Hi-Five Electric. They installed a bunch of GFCI outlets, replaced some light fixtures, and problem-solved, replaced, and rewired some light switches that did not work. Jack and an apprentice came out to do an estimate and did a thorough job of investigating what the work involved. They were both very friendly and easy to work with. Elijah and an apprentice came out to do the actual work. Scheduling was easy and communication was good. The actual work turned into a bigger and more difficult job than expected because of some crazy issues with the existing wiring. Some idiot who worked on our house before we owned it apparently fancied themselves an amateur electrician and had really messed things up. But Elijah was excellent and managed to sort everything out. Even though the work was more complicated and took longer than estimated, and even though they ultimately installed a couple more GFCI outlets than we thought were needed, Hi-Five refused to add to the estimate and only charged us that amount. They also left the house clean and tidy. The whole experience was really just excellent. Highly recommend!"
