Very professional and courteous. I was able to obtain a same day service appointment, which I really appreciated because I work from home and every time I printed something, my eelectricity on one side of my house would go out. The technician also upgraded my hall wall units with night lights. A very special touch that made my hallways bright at night and elegant!! I would definitely use them again.
