Comment: We had a minor flooding incident from a washer that wasn't installed properly by the delivery team. Water flowed in the upstairs laundry room, out into the carpeted floor, into the walls and down through the ceiling into the garage.
There is some visible baseboard swelling. Concern about water damage inside the walls and subfloor/ceiling. I was able to get a carpet blower soon after the incident to try and dry things out, but will likely need some baseboard repair/replacement and assessment of any moisture inside the walls/floor/ceiling and an estimate for repair.
