Todd returned my call quickly and was able to come out the next day to assess what my project would require. He did a great job explaining what it would entail and was very honest about everything. The estimate came the next day and was very fair. Since it was a small project they were able to squeeze it in the following week. It was done exactly as they said and on time. Todd was the first of five contractors I met with to discuss our deck project. Four of the five contractors provided estimates to replace our old and deteriorating wood deck with TimberTech. I chose Icon Decking because Todd made a good first impression, his bid was competitive and submitted in a timely manner, and he communicated well throughout the process, answering my questions, addressing concerns and making helpful suggestions. He also focuses exclusively on decks, rather than take on a wide array of general remodeling work, which makes him very knowledgeable and experienced. His craftsmanship is excellent and he worked hard along with his associate to rebuild our very large deck which spans the length of our rambler. The final result is beautiful! We are very happy we chose Icon Decking!
