Jobs well done! Owner Marcio is a pleasure to work with. Good communication and helpful working through all details of multiple projects. Crews were respectful of property, grounds and efficient. Job oversight performed in timely manner and concerns addressed quickly. Willing to work around our personal schedules without adding excessive delay to the overall projects completion.

Marcio (the company owner) responded for a request for estimate immediately after I opened the project. He arrived right on time and provided a fair verbal quote for repairing and staining my 32-year-old cedar deck (420 square feet). A few days later, a Planet Builders employee arrived punctually with a fully-equipped van complete with company name and logo. He worked hard for eight hours and completed all tasks in one day instead of the two that Marcio quoted. He removed defective cedar deck boards, replaced a rotten beam, sanded, and applied two coats of stain to the deck and built-in benches. It looks better than it has in years! He hauled away all scrap and left my backyard clean. My only complaint (minor) was the lack of written quote which I requested via text and Marcio did not acknowledge. I recommend Planet Builders!

Planet Builders did a great job on our deck. We would highly recommend them. We wanted to replace our surface deck boards with artificial decking. Planet Builders did the job in about ten days and did a beautiful job.

I hired these people to do a very simple repair on my deck for me. Nobody was very interested in doing it because it was a small job. But these guys got it done for me. I am possibly planning on hiring them for more extensive work in my yard now and hope to find that they do great work here too. Still waiting for them to get back with me with an estimate, however, and hoping to hear from them soon soon.

Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience having our house re-sided with Planet Builders. Things started out well, Marcio and crew are very friendly and easy to talk to, but what was originally quoted as a ?4 week project? became a 3 month project. After the first week, they would only appear after repeated texting asking when they were coming back - and then they would be there and work for a couple days and then disappear again. They started in April and by the time they were finished, we were told it was too late into fall to paint. :( Also, they replaced a couple windows as part of the siding job and did a lot of damage to the inside of the house that we had to have repaired. The siders also covered over our fully functioning attic fan! We could not figure out why our house was so hot- and my husband went outside and said where the vent for the attic?! (It was under the siding). I complained to Marcio about the delays and the damage and he gave me $500 back (from a $30k project). Marcio was so nice, I wish the construction experience had been nice too!
