Very happy with the patio extension we had completed by Ross Concrete. Sonia came out for a personalized assessment and quote, while in comparison the other companies we contacted just gave estimates over the phone without actually coming to see the site. John and the crew did quick and neat work, and the resulting project looks wonderful! Highly recommend their services!

These guys are the best. Totally professional, hard working, and produce a great product. Everyone involved in the project a pleasure to work with. John is an officer and a gentleman in every sense of the word, Nicole and Sonia are charming and totally efficient, Evan and Marshall work hard nonstop and do great work, and Cody is a perfectionist that leaves you with a beautiful finished product. Ever single one of them was unfailingly courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. Have them do the job for you; you won’t be sorry!

I had them do my patio 2 years ago, and at the time I had a small problem which was that they added a black border to an otherwise beautiful patio(I didn?t ask for or want this border), and they left my yard a mess. However, the patio was beautiful overall so I did not comment besides an email to the team about the mess. Fast forward to today, I am selling my home and need my septic tank pumped. I find out that this company poured concrete over the access for the septic tank, I was not informed of or consulted on this. The estimate is an extra $1k+ to fix this mistake. I think people should be aware of this lack of care before spending nearly $12k on a patio with this company like I did. There is likely a better option out there that is more knowledgeable and/or pays better attention to details.

Unlike many contractors they showed up to bid and then showed up on time to perform the work. Excellent workmanship and friendly crew. You will have no regrets with these guys!

Ross concrete put in a small walkway to match my driveway. Sonja in the office was most helpful and kept me fully informed as the work arrangements were made. This is a third generation family business with a great deal of experience. It is always difficult to get anyone to do a small job but John Ross and his son Evan were courteous and meticulous in laying the concrete and making sure it matched the driveway. I was impressed with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.
