"TL:DR: Same day visit and same day repair...unheard of customer service. They are hands down my first call for roof and exterior work going forward. These guys are the real deal. I've owned several homes, and rental properties and dealt with many companies, I can spot the good ones pretty quick and they blew my expectations away. They didn't ask me my email, phone number, work schedule, wife's work schedule, etc. all to say they can't get there for a week to even look at it. Someone actually did that. They said we'll try to get someone out, called back and confirmed someone could come out, messaged me just before he was arriving, and they were there within 3 hours (granted I got lucky with the schedule), but they came same day! We looked at the problem, a blown off shingle cap, and he repaired it on the spot with my spare shingles. Then he caulked little problem spots all around the roof, blew leaves off the roof and from under solar panels, cleaned up and charged me a super reasonable amount. I am so thankful. I have literally never had a better service experience. Kind, considerate, quick and reasonable to get the work needed completed. I feel so much better going to bed without a gap in the shingles. This company does work the way it should be done, takes care of their customers. They are a rarity in this world and we need to recognize and cherish that kind of professionalism and decency that is so hard to find."

"I would highly recommend Vision Construction as a company. Olti (technician) contacted me through my posting and came home for free estimate. For this job I got quotes from five different people. I was looking to repair a leaking skylight and after inspection everyone recommended to replace it. The difference between Olti and this company was their honesty and fair pricing. All of them were installing the same velux skylight but inflating the labor cost and also telling me that my roof needed repair. Olti was honest and showed with pics what was wrong, what needed replacement and what doesnâ t (without me asking or telling me what others had told me). I decided to hire him for the job. Patrick came with his employee and did a knockout job explaining what he saw and what did with the system. was aware of whatever flaws it (not a 100% sealed system), nevertheless he made sure that the work was done properly and safely. The job took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours from start to finish. Having had work done inside my house, I did minor cleanup afterwards which is the usual standard thing, especially when it involves degreasing. Took me about 5 minutes.
