"I had Garden State Roofing and Chimney inspect my roof. After I read the estimate and contract language, compared it to the others I chose to hire them. Besi and his crew showed up on time, worked through the entire day and cleaned up better than I could have imagined. They worked for extra hours cleaning things up in order to make sure the job was "completed". It rained hard for several days following...with no leaks. Everyone was professional, the roof looks fantastic, the crew cleaned up better than I expected, and my roof held up in the heavy rains to follow...therefore they simply did a fantastic job. After cleaning and repairing our fireplace and chimney on the way out they mentioned that they also did dryer vent cleaning.....right away i knew we needed this done. It had never been done and we have lived in our home for 13 years. It was shocking how much lint they removed. "The company sent a person to our home and provided a well detailed plan for repair of the sidewalk. He gave us several options. We elected to have two of the four options completed immediately. The work performed was; reset loose bricks, replace stone step near back door and clean and seal patio and entire walkway. The young man who performed the work evidently had been trained well as the work was very good. He was careful not to damage the landscaping and cleaned up after completing the work. "From the initial quote to the finished job, Bill and his crew did fantastic work. They replaced old flashing, and repaired damaged plywood and brick at the base of the chimney. They were prompt, professional and attended to every detail. Bill informed me of damage discovered after the shingles were removed and he and the crew repaired it thoroughly and matched the shingles perfectly. On a very hot day, they even took the time to clean out my gutters and remove some branches and other debris from the roof. After they cleaned up the work site, you couldn’t tell they were ever there. I would highly recommend B&E Prime Construction and will definitely give Bill a call when future projects arise."

"Ideal Roofing company was a pleasant company to work with from start to finish. The company replied the next day after my initial online request to schedule for an estimator to come by. The estimator showed up ahead of schedule and was able to explain different qualities of roofing and shingles options available to me, which is great. One great thing about the company was they can get multiple jobs done at once including attic insulation and replacement of kitchen/bathroom exhausted ducts. As with any other home renovation projects, the work always came with surprises such as the discontinued chosen colour shingle , additional of steel plate around the roof edge to cover the gap, lack of ventilation intakes, and number of plywoods that needed to be replaced. Each time Mike from Ideal Roofing was able to clearly explained the situation to me and let me know the pro and con of each options for me to make the decision to proceed or not. The crew working on site showed up on time each day and worked efficiently and treated customers with respect, and clean up at end of each day. Although the job took 3 days to complete, the crew came back as promised a couple days later as promised to finish last minor remaining work. It is definitely a pleasure to work with a company that is transparent, keep communications open with customer, and deliver what is agreed or promised."

"I hired Adore for a partial chimney rebuild. Jack and Andy were a delight to work with. Very professional, easy to reach by phone, informative, cleaned up all debris and showed up when they said they would or called ahead to let me know they were running late. Jack pointed out and fixed a problem with 3 flash pipes on the roof which could cause a leak in the ceiling.. I would hire them again!"

"TL:DR: Same day visit and same day repair...unheard of customer service. They are hands down my first call for roof and exterior work going forward. These guys are the real deal. I've owned several homes, and rental properties and dealt with many companies, I can spot the good ones pretty quick and they blew my expectations away. They didn't ask me my email, phone number, work schedule, wife's work schedule, etc. all to say they can't get there for a week to even look at it. Someone actually did that. They said we'll try to get someone out, called back and confirmed someone could come out, messaged me just before he was arriving, and they were there within 3 hours (granted I got lucky with the schedule), but they came same day! We looked at the problem, a blown off shingle cap, and he repaired it on the spot with my spare shingles. Then he caulked little problem spots all around the roof, blew leaves off the roof and from under solar panels, cleaned up and charged me a super reasonable amount. I am so thankful. I have literally never had a better service experience. Kind, considerate, quick and reasonable to get the work needed completed. I feel so much better going to bed without a gap in the shingles. This company does work the way it should be done, takes care of their customers. They are a rarity in this world and we need to recognize and cherish that kind of professionalism and decency that is so hard to find."
