They really bend over backwards to give you what you need and with a cooperative and pleasant manner. So far, I have only used them once, but if this continues to be my experience, they will have work with me for as long as they want.

One word: Impressed. Speaking to the owner while trying to set up was like talking to a good friend who really wanted to help me. It was a last minute rush and I only had one day available and they went out of their way to accommodate. The ladies that came were super thorough and asked me after if I was 100% satisfied. To be 100% honest, the windows that were hard to reach didn't sparkle as much as I wanted it to BUT it's been about a year since I cleaned them so it was expected. The entire house smelled great and actually felt like I just moved in! Thanks a million!!!

I hired Nature Maid for a deep cleaning ($120). Both the scheduler and the cleaner were nice people, and good communicators when they were running late. I am glad they use all natural products. However, the quality of the cleaning was not acceptable for a regular cleaning and really sub-par for a deep cleaning. My rugs/floors were vacuumed/mopped, and kitchen counters and stove cleanedl. But lots of things were not done: bathroom mirrors/shelves not cleaned; my desk and area around and under it not cleaned at all; baseboards not dusted ETC! The items on furniture that was dusted were moved or knocked over; a damp rag was left behind on my wireless router. The cleaning took much less than two hours as I had to return to my apartment and was surprised they were already gone. Feel ripped off.
