I have not contacted Danilo as of yet, so my review is not a fair one. Although I am VERY pleased with Danilo's work in cleaning the gutters, However, the solution he used left stains on my window pains and I recently had all my windows cleaned professionally - Normally, I would just clean them myself, but age has deterred me from doing so. He came highly recommended, my experience was terrible. In the spring he was slow in starting until it got too hot and I asked him to postpone to Labor Day. Again, Had to push him to start the job as it was getting late in the season. My house is not large, it took 2 months to get my house painted (yes there was some rain, but not that much). Did not always show when he said he would. I knew I had a lot of wood that needed replacing. Carpenter who did wood replacement did a good job with the replacement pieces identified to him. A painter who does not look for wood issues and points them out as he is sanding and checking, in my book is not doing his job. Again, I had asked him to check and point out any additional rot he identified. The job was done less than two weeks ago and paint is already peeling. Sanding is poor. I knew, and discussed at the beginning, that I needed good sanding to have smooth trim (rather than simply painting over rough edges from prior flaking). Did terrible job power washing: have really dirty windows and sills between screen and glass part of window. Have had to get someone in to clean windows after power wash. Its taken 5 hours to just clean the upstairs. Glass has grit on it that does not come off easily or entirely. He painted vinyl of window frames and pained all my screens shut. Also painted shut all the drain holes in the frame, so water could not drain out. Side of dormers poorly sanded, when I asked for it to be sanded better, he did not sand but covered it with filler, which I did not see from the ground. Window sill with rotten corner just painted over. I had some paint dribbles on the roof from last time the house was painted; now have more. Also on front door entry way slab and pathway - which I had to ask to be cleaned off. His guys threw empty paint cans into the bushes in front of the house.. And so on ...

Did a very good job. Pleasant demeanor.
