"We had Derek come out to replace some rotted wood trim around our windows and doors. He was great. I called the office on a Thursday and he was able to come out the following Tuesday, which was significantly quicker than anywhere else we called (if they even answered the phone, because most didn’t). Derek is very communicative, easy to work with and transparent about materials and cost. He was super friendly, always on time, and sent updates with pictures about how the job was going. He looked at other places around the house as well, that might need repairs first, as we were looking to paint the house later this summer. We have him coming back in a few weeks to finish the recommendations made. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him."

They reconstructed and restored an upper rear deck, dining room porch and far-back lower deck, repaired a front dormer, repaired an entire front & side façade and then recovered it with new clapboard, installed millwork around new Pella windows, installed real shutters, & a far-back canopy. "Moises Carpentry & Painting did an excellent job! He is a true gem! This job involved some outdoor work repairing woodpecker damage and other bird damage to our window frames. He quoted a fair price and arrived right on time. Instead of just patching he removed the sections of damaged molding and custom cut replacement molding to match the existing sections. Then they came back the next day and painted the new molding to match. They worked hard and efficiently without drama and did a thorough cleanup at the end. I give them my highest recommendation!"

They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new!
