The professionalism of Derek, Handyman, was also exceptional. He communicated every step of the way in building a beautiful deck for us. He is a master carpenter whose work is stellar, from railings with solar caps, to stairs, flooring, sides, etc., his knowledge and expertise were above and beyond. We will definitely be having Derek do future projects for us and are so grateful for Derek and Amanda in making this such a positive experience.

First the work area was set up to keep it clean. There were 2 project to be done. The lower part of the porch overhang posts were suffering from water rot. New water resistant material was used. It also improved its look. Then the wood storm frame needed to be fixed and the new storm door was adjusted to fit the opening. All was done in 6 hours. The CRX handyman was able to clearly tell me what will be done. Worked as quietly as possible. We are very pleased with the work the professional handyman and the communication we had with CRM handyman.

We had Derek come out to replace some rotted wood trim around our windows and doors. He was great. I called the office on a Thursday and he was able to come out the following Tuesday, which was significantly quicker than anywhere else we called (if they even answered the phone, because most didn’t). Derek is very communicative, easy to work with and transparent about materials and cost. He was super friendly, always on time, and sent updates with pictures about how the job was going. He looked at other places around the house as well, that might need repairs first, as we were looking to paint the house later this summer. We have him coming back in a few weeks to finish the recommendations made. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.
