Extremely unreliable. My small bathroom project took months to complete as they just showed up whenever they wanted to. I decided that I wanted new lights and sent a picture of the ones I was getting and ordered them. Luis had someone come and uninstall lights and then tell me the new ones would work. I ended up then ordering new ones and he has promised to come at least four times in the last two weeks and never has. He now says it is not his job to install lights as he completed his contract. He has stated that it?s not his faults things don?t get done - it?s because his workers don?t pick up the phone. Also you will sign a contact with him and then when project is complete, he will say its more than what was agreed upon. Be careful! It?s not fun living with no bathroom lights due to failed promises

We hired American Team after talking to 10 contractors we had a lot of damage from a tree falling, American Team gave us an honest assessment and price did the work in a timely manner. Workers we on time quick clean neat and efficient. Great job well done! They made the job very easy! Thank you Lois and team, job well done! Would highly recommend this company!

They were the only contractor willing to repair the roof rather than replace all or a large part of it. The job was rescheduled, but only by less than a week, and was completed in two days. The work uncovered a larger but still limited area that needed replacement, which we agreed to include. They were neat and, as far as I can tell, did a very good job.
