Marvin's quoted over $40K!! He was able to do what was needed for much much less. He was honest, professional, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Miles above the window brand quotes which are ridiculous. Would strongly recommend if you need any window repairs!!!"

After receiving a detailed estimate that broke down the costs for each part of the job I agreed to have them start the job as soon as possible. All of the painters were very pleasant and polite. I appreciated that they were so considerate of my neighbors/tenant and worked long hours to get the job done quickly and thoroughly. "Mark and Keith did amazing work on all the damaged exterior trim I had, door Tim, fascia trim, window trim, and siding. They were fair priced and professional on all aspects of the job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and took the trash away. After they finished the trim work, I asked them to come back and replace a basement window. If I have any more work to be done, I will definitely call them to do it."

"Taha, the estimator and manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He saw things that I missed and explained what needed to be done clearly. The work crew was extremely efficient and did a terrific job. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new! I highly recommend this contractor for quality and value."
