"I had a rotten fascia board with electricity service hook that was loose and attached insecurely due to wood rot. Additionally, the electrical wire from the street was at a bad angle and pulled on my roof shingle. Dori from Premium Exteriors came up with a great solution - he installed a beautiful metal mast (secured to the rafters) with porcelain anchor points for the wires coming from the street; Rotten fascia was replaced and nobody will be drilling anything into it going forward. PSEG guys liked this solution... Electrical inspector liked the solution. I think it was well worth the price."

Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. "Responded promptly to home advisor inquiry. Discovered a small hole in roof while in attic. They came out an repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."
