"Tim is very knowledgeable and patient. My Microsoft, Windows 10, laptop was failing and after checking it out he knew pretty quickly it was the hard drive that was failing. After a very lengthy restore, when it was working again, he gave me the choice of working with it that way or replacing the hard drive right away. I wanted the new hard drive right away and he had it all replaced by the next day. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would recommend him to everyone."
