"Seci Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof. The crew was very hard working and professional. Customer service was superb. The owner, Akil Seci, was immediately available to address any concerns that I had.I had a concern about replacing all of the plywood, which was recommended by the crew foreman, Eddie. Our house was built in 1974, and the plywood was 3/8 inch. After some deliberation, I decided to go with the recommendation for 5/8 inch plywood. This is Seci's standard for plywood replacement, which added significant more cost to the project than 1/2 inch plywood, which is what other contractors would have used.The project was projected to be completed in one day, but it ultimately took 3 days. This was due to the plywood replacement.The clean up of our property was excellent. One downside is that the dumpster remained in front of our house for nearly 5 days after the project was completed. "My husband and I wanted to have our old chain linked fence replaced with a 6ft. Vinyl privacy fence. I always believe you should do some research to find the best possible company for the job . After getting estimates from multiple contractors, we chose AG Construction. We're so happy that we did ! We met with Alex and discussed in detail everything that needed to be done. ( removing & disposing of the old chain link fence, old wooden posts, overgrown shrubs, and left over cinder & patio blocks ) The crew began working in the morning and we're done with the installation ( 260 ft. of vinyl fencing ) & cleanup by late afternoon. They took care of everything ! They were professional and worked very efficiently. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did. "Jason and his men did a remarkable job. We first hired Jason, in the early Spring, to build a masonry and stone pad for a new shed. We then hired him this past summer to build a 960 sf paver patio and masonry wall. The construction of the patio also included fencing, pipe work, demo of an out building ,and minor foundation repairs. We couldnâ t be more pleased with everything. "Both Brian and Granit are brothers and run this company in NJ- One Way GC LLC. They are roof specialists and do an amazing job. They have a total of 16 people working for them and usually have 3-4 people on one job. There were ceiling leaks in two rooms and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately. They replaced my asphalt roof and even replaced some of the cedar wood sidings as gratis. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Very responsive, got a quote onsite the day after first speaking with them, they started and finished the job next day. (The job was to remove two very broken up walkways, about 60 linear feet total and replace.) John the foreman was very responsive and helpful and Peter and Jim who did the actual work clearly had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing. No long breaks or goofing off for them -- very hard workers. The job turned out very well. UPDATE 4/313/2020: I hired Top Rank several months ago to install concrete walkways. I hired them again for another property to remove, dig up 3 inches of stone powder, and reset in cement on a concrete and rebar base a large blue stone patio and 200 feet of walkways. They were fast and did a great job once again."

"In my 42 year-old home with a poured concrete foundation I noticed some dampness following a major rainstorm that seems to go away until the next rainstorm, when a larger wet spot appeared. I regraded the ground outside to see if that alleviated the problem, which it did not. We had a particular wet month and black mold and a five foot wet spot appeared along an interior wall. I contacted Ryan at Basement Medics and he dug down and located several cracks along a poured joint. Re also removed sheet rock inside and revealed a six foot long crack. He placed a barrier outside and used a graphite mesh and resin patch inside to seal the crack. After curing, he replaced the sheet-rock, taped and sanded for painting. Finally, in his clean-up he treated the trained carpet with a chemical that completely eliminated the trace of damage. Good as new. All along he kept me informed and followed up on his work. It has been four wet months but zero leaking."

"This was my first contractor hire through Home Advisor. Juan was very professional and very pleasant to work with. Always returned calls and kept his promises. The work was for front steps for enterance to my house. He walked me through the entire process and gave me time to choose my pavers colors. When the day came for the work to begin he and his workers saw that my current steps base foundation was not able to uphold the new installation. So they completely gutted and removed everything from the old steps and put all new foundation with the recycled rocks. The job was quick and clean. Juan and his team were awesome, and really down to earth. I would highly recommend hiring Juan again for my landscaping projects."

"Water damage from behind patio flashing caused a full replacement of 20 fr of sill plate, sheathing and concrete replacement with correct slope to ensure water drains away from home. Sam and his crew did an excellent job - arrived on time and finished with quality product. House needed to lifted to remove sill plates and it was done professionally. Concrete placement was done with high strength concrete and rubberized flashing used on all pressure treated wood that was replaced. Galvanized nails and screws were used with pressure treated wood. And all cement shingles were replaced and sealed. Long days and quality work at a fair price. Home is now secure from water damage for the future."
