We also need new tile and a new vanity installed in the basement bathroom. We need the toilet reseated with a new seal. The French drain installers jackhammered portions of our epoxy floor. At this point we'd like to redo all of the rest of the flooring throughout the basement either with epoxy or with vinyl plank flooring suitable for basements. The approximate square footage needed is 985 ft^2. We also have a few other possible upgrades to make in the basement.

It's a heat pump to heat pump switchout because I was sold a mild weather heat pump for a cold climate. Need insulation in a small closet for the air handler, as it used to house a gas furnace. Insulation Specs: 4 4ft wide, 3.5 ft tall, 1 ft thick foam insulation pieces; 2 1 ft by 1 ft wall vent caps; and 2 two ft wide, 3 ft tall(only 3 this time for the door), 1 ft thick foam insulation pieces. Half the insulation pieces should be cut up for wire / pipe access.
