We called Chris because we saw he was in the Tampa area. He called us right back and was here the next day. We ended up having to order new computer parts. After and hour or so, he left without taking any payment until project was done and he returned, a week or so later to replace the parts, made sure all was in proper working order and spent about 3 hours . He did return a week later because WE were unsure of something and he did so at no charge. We are very pleased and with Chris. His business and personal ethics are beyond reproach. He wants to help his clients above all else and it shows. We highly recommend Chris for all and any tech/computer needs you might have at home or business. He is smart, friendly, professional, reliable and more. If there are any future needs, it will be Chris Casale that we call.

Chris is amazing and easily talked to me as a non technical person. He has a passion for what he does and it shows. His service and followup are amazing. He always keeps in mind what the most cost effective approach is. He responded on a Sunday because I had to be able to work on Monday. He is so well priced and professional in all he does. If you want someone in your home/officr that you can trust with your life, this is your man. If you want someone who will do as promised and not give you and used car saleman speech, this is your man.
