First Russ came and assessed the problems . I had years of water damage under the kitchen sink and was now affecting the floor. They replaced the floor and even attended to other issues such as a water line that other companies had merely zip tied. They were very precise and attentive to every detail. They also adapted to changes in the original work order. Replacing a threshold, adding a deadbolt and moving my ceiling light-Twice ! They replaced all the doors upstairs with regular, bi-fold and sliding glass. This was a repair from a previous botched job, but Larry and Chris made sure they fit perfectly. They really have a lot of pride in their work and it shows. The final project was a tearing out and replacing a shower. Russ provided me with 3 price points to help save money and a tons of options. It is absolutely Stunning. !! I just love how beautiful it is. When I selected tile we found out it had been discontinued and Russ went above and beyond to find some just like it. Larry made sure that the giant hole in my family room from the shower water damaged was repaired to look like nothing ever happened. Larry and Chris are very skilled and great to work with. The owner Adam was onsite frequently and actually did my shower because the guys were busy with another job and he didnâ t want me to have to wait a week until they finished. Really so so glad I called them. Told my daughter about them and she is having all new flooring and kitchen remodeling done. Everyone did their absolute best to make this a well-done and stress-free experience. I Other estimates were thousands more and included work that Russ told me most likely did t need to be done. Honest and reassuring. Also had Larry and Chris remove and replace all the upstairs doors and install new glass sliders, bi- fold and regular doors that instantly updated the look in all the rooms. Again, work was started on time, completed when promised and done the right way. Unlike the previous workers I had hired. The final Project was the most involved. Tearing out and replacing the upstairs shower. Russ gave me estimates with 3 different price points to help me save money. Again, even the highest one was less than 2 other well-known restoration companies quoted me. There was such a wide selection of materials"

"We stumbled upon BBG while looking for a company to design and remodel our kitchen and bathroom. We had not decided on exactly what we wanted to do but knew we wanted an open kitchen concept where we could entertain and enjoy family activities. We met with three companies. BBG came to the table with creative design ideas, a solid plan of execution, and superior estimate. We were extremely nervous this being our first major renovation project especially having heard so many horror stories about incomplete work and incompetent workers. That was quickly laid to rest as BBG began demolition. Ben laid down a projected completion timeline of 6-8 weeks and I am proud to say we were back in the kitchen and bathroom 6 weeks later. Every week we would receive a schedule and every week they were right on task. Joe, our project manager kept everything moving and made sure all inconveniences were kept to a minimal, not easy to do in a normally chaotic house. Finishing on schedule and to budget were obviously important to us, what we did not expect was the respect we were shown throughout the process, the creativity that went into providing us with the perfect space, and the comradery that we felt with BBG. "Got my wooden retaining wall replaced with cornerstone blocks. Jeff and team did an excellent job. My neighbors also appreciated the work. There was shortage of manpower during the Covid time, however Jeff was in constant touch and made sure that the work is done before Thanksgiving. Took suggestions from Jeff for changes to my deck and constructing a patio. Will be taking up my next project next year spring."

"I had a new ceiling light put in my laundry room to replace one that was no longer working. I also had a control knob for water in a bath/shower fixed so that the hot and cold temp could be adjusted correctly. Had a toilet paper holder tighten on a wall. The total cost included both labor and parts (I appreciated him buying the parts since I had no idea which were needed but he did). Adam and his son John were kind and I can tell they have experience in this type of work and they know what they are doing. Adam gave his honest opinion on some other work I might consider or just wanted information on. I trusted what he told me. I will definitely use their services in the future. "Began a Kitchen Remodel Project thru Angie on June 03 2023. We spent the next two weeks forming an initial plan of what we thought we wanted in our Remodel. We investigated what Remodeling entails, the Options, Costs, Time Lines, and what to look for and expect from a Contractor. We reviewed a number of Angie suggested Contractors in our area, checking them out both on Angie and the BBB, narrowing it down to a few. The next step was contacting those Contractors to request quotes. 20230616 We recvd the first response from Reggie at Insta Pro Construction just an hour or two after we requested their quote and made the first appt to meet at our house later that same day to hear/see our Kitchen Remodel thoughts. Jorge was a young guy who had worked in the remodeling field for a while with another company but Insta Pro Construction was his and just starting up. He took pictures and measurements and said we would have their quote in a few days. We reviewed Insta Pros Quote, closely, comparing it to other contractors. Quotes are never apples to apples identical as each Contractor is giving you their design with their estimates of good/better/best materials. We asked questions, often for more detailed estimates. Insta Pro answered our questions, explaining the pros/cons of various options, the grades of Countertops, Luxury Vinyl Plank vs Wood vs ... flooring, etc. We paid the 25% Down Payment on July 1, The main steps before demolition can start are choosing/receiving Kitchen Cabinetry and Flooring. We could shop/buy anywhere, but Insta Pro recommended a few places for Cabinetry, Flooring, and Countertops. The designers 3D layouts/mockups were extremely helpful to us. One should expect delays and in our case, some Cabinets were backordered. Reggie followed up and applied pressure where she could. When material started arriving, Insta Pro inspected it all, ensuring quality. We spent two months shopping for appliances, sending Reggie links to what we had purchased, ensuring everything would fit. Our goal was to be able to cook in our new Kitchen for Thanksgiving. Demolition started Oct 9th, after installing plastic dust barriers. The Insta Pro crew moved the Refrigerator and misc stuff to an unaffected room. As we had a plumber and electrician on hand, we added a few things. Jorge was able to absorb some of it, but the Quote did get adjusted upwards a few times and I willingly wrote new checks to cover the adjusted Down Payments. The crew were all Hispanic speakers and my Wife is from Mexico so they all joked together and most of the crew spoke English quite well so we never had any problem. The Plumber, Electrician, Carpenter/Drywaller, and Bricklayer are craftsmen and nearly everyone else have multiple skills. Our Front Porch Slab had settled along with the Bay Window that sits on it. Insta Pro removed the bricks and Bay Windows so they would not break when we had another company jack up the slab. The Bricklayer had a devil of a time finding modern bricks that would match the colors/textures/dimensions of our 40 year old bricks, but he did a wonderful job replacing the Bay Window bricks and bricking up the old small Kitchen Sink Window. Insta Pro fine tuned the leveling of the Bay Window subfloor with a self leveling liquid. Once construction started, it seemed like something was completed daily. They ensured the Cabinets were level in preparation for the large Quartz Island/Counter Tops. Insta Pro modified a tall Cabinet so our large Double Oven would fit correctly. There were some long days as our Thanksgiving Deadline approached, but everything we needed/wanted was completed as promised. We knew we were not Insta Pros only Customer/Project, but Reggie and Jorge and the entire Crew communicated and treated us like we were. Great people and we tipped them well for giving us a wonderful experience."
