No customer service at all.

Jeff charged us $8,000 for what ended up being sub par landscaping work on our front and back yard. He planted a lot of over priced trees and gave us his "verbal guarantee" that the trees were under warranty for 12 months. Well 10 months in the tree in our front yard died out completely so I tried to contact him. Looks like from the other reviews that his "verbal guarantee" means jack squat. He wouldn't answer his phone and only texted me a few times assuring me he would replace the tree. He has been saying that for over a month now and I am done! Do not hire this liar!!

Jeff did a retaining wall for us in 2019. The wall looked great, he even added concrete forms so we could put up fencing at a later date. Here we are, 5 years later, and our retaining was is bowed out about 2 feet and our yard is dissipating. He gave us a verbal 10 year contract. In April of this year my husband reached out to him, several days later he said he would send out an employee. After several attempts to continue contact Jeff to see what our next step would be, he finally sent out an employee of his. His employee determined that the wall needed reinstall and they needed to use rebar and concrete, which was not done the first time. After waiting about a month to hear back, we continually reached out. I called everyday for a week bc he was not responding, so I had to become persistent. Finally he called me and said we would need to get a quote. I reminded him of the verbal 10 year warranty, which he conveniently didn't remember. After continuing to try and figure out what to do next, he continually ignored phonecalls time and time again. Seeing as how his employee says the wall his company installed, needed to be reinstalled with the rebar and concrete, you would like to think he would wanted to make it right. Well he doesn't, so I'm here writing this review I would've preferred to not have to do. The work looked great at first, but couldn't even last 5 years, and it was not cheap. His own employee, upon investigation, made clear that things weren't done correctly. This is a man I would not refer to my worst enemy. Good luck if you have him do any brick and stone work for you.

Absolutely tremendous job!!! Jeff and his crew were excellent in all aspects of our patio project. I plan on hiring him again for future projects.

Jeff responded to my inquiry promptly and came out to look at the job when he said he would. He provided the quote promptly and it was competitive. Jeff even met us at the supplier to help us choose the materials. The work was scheduled and completed timely. The crew was professional and neat. Thanks so much, Jeff and crew, for taking our design concept and making it happen!

Had an appointment for an estimate 3/30/23 at 1:00. No call,no show! Make arrangements to be home to meet with them and they do this?

They were very professional and did what they promised. the patio came out just as we wanted and was done in one day.

Jeff and his team made sure everything was finished at a level we were very happy with. He was great with communication and they did a great job! I would recommend them!
