Durham Renovations

Steve Durham was absolutely fantastic! In a time of need, he helped us tremendously from start to finish with a brand, new, gorgeous bathroom, new drywall and ceiling after a flood in the basement, and installing a gorgeous new wooden floor. He is as good as they come, as a remodeler, and also as a person and a professional.

Steve Durham was absolutely incredible in every regard, and if we could give 100 stars, we would do just that! He was kind enough to work with our ideas to give us a full renovated bathroom, complete with new tub and gorgeous tile flooring and shower. He also did electrical for us and installed new cabinets and toilet. Truly, Steve was everything we could hope for, he carries our very highest recommendation.

Steve is honest and a hard worker. We have used him for a previous bathroom remodel and was excited to have him back in our home to tackle the kids bathroom. He is easy to work with and does as he says and as we asked. Itâ s hard to find people to trust, thatâ s what we are so thankful to know Steve. Honest, hard working, easy to communicate with and takes pride in what he does.

Steve does quality work communicates very well and helpful with the design. The job was completed on time and exactly on budget.

We were very pleased with Steve's work ethic and attention to detail. The hardwood looks perfect and he couldn't have done a better job with it. Steve really went above and beyond with his efforts during the entire project, and you can see first hand that he truly cares about the project and the finished result. We will enjoy our beautiful hardwoods for decades now thanks to his efforts. Highly recommended. Steve also painted all the rooms and ceilings in our home and he did very solid work on that front as well. He took pride in his work, and it really shows. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for flooring or painting work.

He did a wonderful job, he did the whole inside of my house and it was great. There wasn't anything needing touched up. He is really pleasant as well. I would hire him again.

Not the best painter but all his other work far outweighs that, He did a great job and I was very pleased.
