Francisco is a true craftsman. He provided me a fair price and did an exceptional job in installing 900 square feet of vinyl plank flooring.

Francisco and his guys did an excellent job installing LVP in our upper floor. They moved all the furniture as needed and cleaned up after themselves well. He even improved the section where the floor meets the stairs despite not necessarily being in the quote. I plan to continue working with him on hand rail install as well.

Francisco is the man! The wife and I recently built the basement to our home out in a really cool rustic cabin theme. Francisco and his team first helped us install 3 regular doors, 1 barn door, and window trim and they even stained it all for us to match the shiplap color of our ceiling. After that he helped us install Airstone onto an accent wall and as a back splash to our kitchen and peninsula bar. Lastly, his crew helped us install a staircase handrail and carpet along the stairs. Everything was well coordinated with us and done professionally. Once we get our finances in order we have promised him and his team the work to finish building out our downstairs bathroom.

Silva Villa flooring and his team converted our bath tub into a walking shower and the old shower into a closet. They also installed the floor and a light over the shower. The jab had been a game changer for us, we are happy with the results.

They did a great job. Replaced fireplace. We followed his recommendations on size and type of tile and we love it. Fransisco and partner came in time, finished in a very timely matter, cleaned up and returned next day to apply grout. Again on time, and cleaned up. We love it! Thank you

Removed all carpet whole house and installed flooring with trim

A privacy fenced removed and rebuilt, along with a gate installed. That was project number one! Project number two was to demolish and rebuild my front deck and front walk as close as possible. Mission accomplished. Great job, terrific communication skills. Kept me updated on every phase of each project.
