Had them quote me to line my chimney. They provided a quote for the chimney lining, tuck point, and water proofing. Had them complete the work, all was well. The first good wind we had, the chimney cap blew off. It looks like it just wasn?t tightened enough. I reached out to inquire if they?d come back out to place the chimney cap and tighten, and he said they would. Haven?t been able to get ahold of them since to get it scheduled. Other than that issue, I?d love to give 5 stars.

Great company! Hunter came in and looked at the project we needed done and gave an estimate in 15 minutes! He then sat us down with a bunch of photos of previous work he and his crew completed and we were sold! Offered large discounts compared to other contractors we got estimates from. His crew and him did our entire master bathroom in a week start to finish! It turned out better than I could have imagined! I highly recommend Indy aces construction! Thanks Hunter!

My in-laws (70 years old) hired Indy aces to remodel 2 bathrooms, kitchen and hutch. This including flooring for all rooms. Initially, this seemed to be a good partnership but, right away we noticed that the contractors for Indy Aces were less than reliable and unprofessional. Throughout the process there was miscommunication, no accountability and sheer lack of craftsmanship for the work needed to be done. Indy aces were supposed to paint the walls in the bathroom, it looked like kindergartners painted it. We raised the concern to the owner who pretty much said that he can?t get them to work, ended up firing one of the contractors named Andrew. The caulking around the cabinets and sinks were horribly done as if an untrained person did the work. Throughout the process we were reminded that they are not making much money on the project because the homesite is in Anderson, In. This was not very professional. Each and every step of the way there were issues with workers showing up.

Hello Angela, This is very confusing and sad to hear as we have a signed satisfaction agreement with your in-laws stating the work upon completion was finished well and satisfactory. There were many issues throughout this project. The lack of communication was a huge one. The wife ordered baby blue kitchen cabinets while the husband was thinking she ordered white. IAC stood outside not accepting the order because we were being told two different things. In fact the wife came home and said they weren?t the right color either and then the next day said it was the right color and that they changed overnight! There were countless times i would a
