We wanted to remove a jetted tub from the master bath and move our laundry machines up one level into that space. We envisioned just a partition wall, but Alex convinced us to build a proper laundry closet. The cost was very competitive. The project was started promptly and completed within the promised two weeks. His crew was friendly and they completely cleaned up at the end of every day so that we could use our bedroom at night. Alex's crew also completed a couple of small related side tasks that were not included in the quote. The results are spectacular. I wouldn't hesitate to hire APX again."

They also put up new screens on my sun room, fixed plumbing leaks, replaced a sump pump that was 10' down a well when the house was hit by lightening and the basement flooded. "Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."
