Alex did a great job and his people were accommodating. He completely restored my daughter’s house and redid my laundry room and kitchen. Also the fireplace shown below. Very reasonable rates. Phase 3 is coming up and APX will be doing it. Cannot go wrong with them.

We really enjoyed working with Alex and his crew. Our bathroom renovation has completely transformed our small home space! Alex was creative, thoughtful, and made sure things were done properly. His team was always on time, were respectful, and worked hard. You definitely need to have a clear vision of what you want, be in constant communication, and order what you need. APX turned out to be the best option for us. Originally recommended by one of our neighbors we selected APX because it offered a fair price and because Alex gave her sage advice to help finalize what we wanted to do. Under his contract we had to pay for the labor and materials separately with the materials being reimbursed as they were purchased either by ourselves or by the contractor. This was kind of a good thing because my wife wanted to take a lot of time to pick just the right tile and other furnishings for the remodel. In addition, Alex helped us pick out the material materials, actually coming to the floor decor store and to Home Depot with us. He and his employees actually picked up the stainless steel. Bathtub to make sure that the one we actually got didn’t have any chips or blemishes was a common problem I saw in the reviews for all the stainless steel bathtubs.. He also picked up the heavy tiles. The construction did a very nice job and it looks great.

We were looking for a contractor to add a second full bath to our 1890’s rowhouse. We called APX based on their online reviews. Alex came over to look at the space, discussed our needs, and talked about different approaches. My wife and I were both very impressed with the fact that he took the time to explain all the different aspects of the work, talk about different layouts and possibilities, and describe the overall process. The long and short of it is that we are thrilled with our new bathroom. Alex’s broad knowledge and careful attention to detail are shared by his entire team, from our job’s foreman to all the members of the crew. I heartily recommend APX for any construction project and would gladly work with them again.

From start to finish - Alex and team were great. Alex is very detailed, respectful, knowledgeable and truly listens. He managed to execute a beautiful remodel of our bathroom in a newly purchased home. He came with me to look at the home pre purchase and give opinions and estimates and helped craft my vision into reality. Alex was great to work with! He was able to complete the project ahead of schedule and his work was really well done. Alex of APX reached out the same day as our initial inquiry and scheduled a home visit within days. We wanted to remove a jetted tub from the master bath and move our laundry machines up one level into that space. We envisioned just a partition wall, but Alex convinced us to build a proper laundry closet. The cost was very competitive. The project was started promptly and completed within the promised two weeks. His crew was friendly and they completely cleaned up at the end of every day so that we could use our bedroom at night. Alex's crew also completed a couple of small related side tasks that were not included in the quote. The results are spectacular. I wouldn't hesitate to hire APX again.

Alex and his team did a great job on our bathroom. They were communicative, available, and timely in their work. Alex was always there on site when needed and he was a quick phone call or text away with any questions. His team went out of their way to mitigate the dust that comes with such projects. He even fixed a couple of other unrelated issues in our bathroom. Alex also demanded a top-notch project and personally handled a couple of last-minute details like replacing some tile and flooring that had been chipped. We'll certainly use Alex in the future for any home renovation project.
