Lanigan cleared a very large tree and a demolished 2-car garage. He and his crew were polite and professional. They worked hard and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned the site well after finishing. They also came in with lower quotes than other larger companies. I would strongly recommend them for your contracting needs.

Tom contacted me within 20 mins of posting the request on Service pro. His price was the best of three proposals received. Crew was on time and efficient completing the installation of a new deck surface in 2 days. The only thing missing from making this 5 stars would have been some thoughtful suggestions on improving the project.

Responsive; helps you to think things through, and that helps because you get a good understanding what can be done and what it costs. We are all very happy with the results, as the quality of the work is high, the project was delivered on time, and against the costs we budgeted for.
