"I had an upstairs bedroom window leak and assumed that it was a roof shingle problem. Near Me Roofing Company team came to inspect and found a deteriorating attic window was the problem. He fixed it with caulking that will last until I have the window clad. And he did not charge me for anything! wonderful representative of his company. I can't give him!"

"Ovation Restoration did an excellent job with our home improvement project. In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. We would highly recommend Ovation Restoration."

"Had an amazing first experience with Serden Group a few years ago when they replaced near 30 windows on our old 1950 home. They worked with historic board and was timely. Amazing. Recently we had some large screen in a space off the house with laundry we want to dry in more to make a mud room. They needed to put in two large windows. Dennis was great to explain everything. Things were super fast. They scheduled installation and done really quick. That room is already cooler. Overall good experiences."

"We hired Precision Painting and Construction for 2 different projects, and weâ re currently working on a third. They painted our interior walls, which was incredibly challenging due to molding that was adhered to the walls from the previous owner. The painting looks excellent. We also had them build a new wall with a doorway to make another bedroom out of a loft space. The wall looks beautiful. We currently have them painting our kitchen cabinets. Justin and the crew are easy and wonderful to work with, theyâ re efficient, and pay attention to detail. Theyâ re responsive when we have questions and provide accurate estimates when needed. "I can tell you that the service and the quality of the work done in our home was beyond exception! John and Kaden showed up on schedule if not slightly before they said they would and prepared the work place with drop cloths to protect our floors from the front door to the bathroom. They communicated everything and asked questions to determine our highest needs. They met the challenges that inevitably come up with precision and worked with my husband to trouble shoot and address them with speed. Their plumber showed up with in half an hour and fixed the problem.Once they had completed the work each of the two days they cleaned up and you could not tell they had even been here except for the beautiful and functional shower that now sits in place of our old tub that was there.
