Compass Contractors recently completed a major renovation on our home. It was a big project that included demo of the majority of the existing structure, design and build. Derek and Matt provided a fair bid with options for changes. Andy managed the project closely, was available for questions and always had an open mind to changes. As with any project, there were a few hiccups along the way, however Compass always made it right. They even completed the project under bid. Overall we are very pleased with our new home. If you are looking for a personalized approach to a home remodel, I highly recommend Compass Contractors.

Working with Compass Contractors was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Andy T. was a true professional—communicative, friendly, and consistently kept me updated on the progress of my shed project, almost daily. The entire team showed great respect for my property, cleaning up the work zone thoroughly at the end of each day and treating everyone with courtesy. The project was completed right on schedule and within the agreed budget, which speaks volumes about their reliability and planning. I couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship and service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future work!

The easiest home build I have ever done! We are so happy we hired them. It was done efficiently and with consistent communication! Clark county permits can be frustrating, but there was none of that, with this home build! If u want something done right and attention to detail use compass. Compass Contractors did an extensive exterior renovation and redesign on our 20-unit condominiums. Derek, Matt and the entire crew were professional, ethical, and most importantly, sensitive to our budget and fluctuating design partly due to the inconsistencies in each of the 5 separate buildings. Derek started the process by attending homeowners meetings prior to construction answering any concerns and questions. He also traveled to California to inspect the product and manufacturing facility that we planned to use for the parapet prior to ordering material. Matt was the supervisor on the project. We repeatedly found him to be congenial, approachable and willing to listen to any concerns or questions we may have as well as come up with solutions that moved the project forward smoothly. Both Matt and Derek consistently met our novice thoughts and inquiries with kindness and respect. We laughed a lot together! Like all major renovations there were surprises along the road, but thanks to Compass's creativity and competence we still came in under budget without cutting corners. We added an addition to the main family home for the use of my husband and I as well as the large shop building for our son-in-law. Project manager, Andy Tapani, did a terrific job of keeping all the subcontractors on a tight schedule. From groundbreaking to move in, it took only 3 1/2 months. Andy responded to any questions and issues we had immediately and we are delighted with our little “granny space”!

Compass Contractors built a 1200 sq ft home (ADU) behind our existing home. I was so impressed with every aspect of their work. Matt and Derek communicated well throughout the process, kept the construction moving through timely project management, and were able to address issues that inevitably come up. Their subs were efficient and skilled, and the entire project was completed on time and within budget. It was truly a pleasure to work with them, and I hope to be able to do another project with them in the future.
