I have had Precision Painting & Construction do several projects on two different houses, and I am pleased with the results. At one house they painted the exterior, replaced a door, sanded and stained the front door and railings, washed the outside of the windows (including a glass roof over the front porch), and pressure washed the decks, sidewalks, and driveway. Wow! It looks so fresh and new, a recent visitor said it has never looked this good in the past 25 years. At the other house Precision Painting & Construction built a roof over my back deck that flows seamlessly from the existing roof, and then built a catio for our two cats. (A screened in patio to protect our cats, as well as the birds.) And to top it all off, when costs surpassed the original estimate, they absorbed it rather than passing that on to me. I have had the opposite experience with another contractor, right after a contract was signed. Justin and his crew at Precision Painting & Construction were easy to work with, they did quality work, and they charged a fair price. I would gladly hire them again.

I have a very old house built around 1910, that I had let go far too long, that badly needed exterior painting along with some structural and siding repairs. Justin provided a thorough assessment and worked with me closely to make the considerable cost reasonable for the scope of the job, and made sure his painting and carpentry crew members completed the job to my satisfaction. Jessica in the office provided good communication and support while the work was ongoing, and the crew worked hard under difficult weather conditions. I am happy with the outcome - I highly recommend Precision Painting & Construction LLC.

We could not have been happier with Justin and Jessica. From the very beginning they explained everything to us. The communication was great. They gave us ideas that updated our house. The crew was amazing, so professional and kind. We felt like we ended up with a brand new home and are so grateful for their help! I would highly recommend them. They were the best team we have ever worked with!!

Work was done well and completed on time. Everyone was a pleasure to work with.

We are extremely disappointed. Communication was poor, and we were billed for items never performed. We were charged for unnecessary exhaust fans, $4,600 for mold remediation that was never done, and billed for trim footage that ignored window space. The concrete pad did not match contract specs, and no approval was sought before completion. Debris and nails remain on the property. Paintwork was substandard: doors are chipping, garage paint is bubbling, flashing unpainted, skylights not cleaned, and a door lip was never installed. Suspected rot around the sliding door frame appears only painted over. Multiple requests for resolution went unanswered for months, and when we did follow up, we were met with hostility. In our opinion, much of the work was incomplete or defective, billing was inaccurate, and the customer service unacceptable.

The painter did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.
