We worked with Welcome Renovations for multiple full bathroom remodels and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the initial walkthrough with Greg, their team was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. They took the time to optimize the design and functionality of each space. Norberto was our onsite project manager and provided clear communication throughout the project. We always felt informed about timelines and next steps. The craftmanship truly stands out- every detail from the tile work to the fixtures as completed with precision and care. The team was respectful of our home, kept the area clean (as best that can be expected), stayed on schedule which made the entire process very smooth. We could not be happier with the results. Our 40 year old master bathroom was completely renovated to a 2025 look with beautiful results. The entire team was professional, respectful and careful in our home. Both Norberto and Lukus helped us throughout the process. We are most appreciative of their expertise and attention to detail. We got our kitchen fully renovated and I wanted to sit on this review for a month before sharing. While my husband and I are super pleased with how our kitchen turned out, we found parts of the communication process to be lacking and honestly didn't feel like we were a big priority for their team. There were small inconsistencies in what was communicated prior to the project start versus during (ex. design turnaround time, availability to work on weekends, not being clear on when items needed to be ordered and then asked when said items were being delivered, etc). Our kitchen finished on schedule but I didn't feel they tried to get it done sooner although there were opportunities to do so. The team was friendly and communication was fine when I reached out but I expected more from their team when they had advertised as providing white-glove service and that was a big reason as to why we chose them.

I highly recommend Greg and his team at Welcome Renovation. They were a pleasure to work with and completely professional, timely, warm and accommodating throughout our entire project. We did a complete bathroom remodel in our one and only small bathroom. Greg and his team really listened to my needs during the design process by maximizing our small bathroom space while also giving us a much larger bedroom closet on the other side of the wall! Bonus! Welcome Renovation was recommended by a neighbor and the highlights she shared were the same for me as well: 1) guaranteed pricing - there was no extra or surprise fees so financially it was a stress-free process knowing we could afford the amount Greg quoted; 2) all inclusive process from design to construction; 3) looks like an upscale bathroom but no frills - just high-quality, affordable pieces; 4) work started and finished on time - even a little earlier that quoted. I loved the simplicity of the design process. LaDarius listened to our likes/dislikes and made a beautiful design booklet for us. I loved that he just gave us 3 choices - it was a pretty quick and painless process and we got a designer looking bathroom without us having to do all the research and sourcing ourselves. The construction team was professional and made sure to make everything right - doing the small, finishing touches we requested, etc. The construction highlight of the bathroom to me is the very nice gliding, custom-made shower doors - my relative who just did a full home remodel was envious of them! My husband and I knew we didn’t want to do a full home remodel but we really wanted a new, beautiful bathroom (with working lights and no mildew!!) that we could afford and didn’t need to move out of the house for more than a month. The fact that Greg’s team was able to schedule more than half the construction time to occur during our two-week spring break was a major bonus! And hopefully a few years down the road we will have saved up enough for the kitchen and we will be looking forward to working with Welcome Renovation again!

Could not be happier with the amazing job Greg and his team did with our primary bathroom. We got multiple quotes and Welcome Renovation was in line with all of them. The thing that set them apart was that the quote included everything, so there was no worry about going over budget. The price that was quoted was the price we paid. In addition, the team was comminicative throughout the whole process which I really appreciated. Someone was here pretty much every day, and we were told what to expect for the next day. Having had another project done after this one, with a not so communicative company, I can't stress enough how important communication is. The whole process was simple and easy since the design was included too. Now we just have to save up enough money to have them do our kitchen too!

The good news is you can stop your search. THIS IS the team you want. The bad news is that as soon as they’re finished, you’ll want them to do the other bathrooms and/or kitchen in your house. We have almost all had a renovation nightmare at some point- myself included. When I tell you that they have taken away all of the headache associated with renovations, I mean it! One step ended and then next step began immediately. The design team was truly invested in making our dream kitchen a reality. I loved seeing a 3D rendering before we broke ground. All the materials are gorgeous and well made. I spoke with or texted with our project manager, Lukus, nearly every day of the project. I knew exactly what to expect each and every day. They are not messing around with communication! Their time estimate was spot-on for our kitchen and the crew was clean and respectful. I am so very pleased with our new kitchen and I can hardly believe it’s a reality. Welcome Renovation will definitely be back in our house for future projects!

We bought our house in 1997 and finally decided to renovate our bathroom. The initial inspection and estimate from Greg was very easy, professional and honest. Azalea helped me design and put together a great design book. She's very patient, kind and creative. The demolition by Alejandro was quick, easy and clean. The electrical and plumbing by George and his team was excellent and professional. The drywall installation by Oliver was very precise and clean. Jaime and Claudia were great at applying the hot mop. That's not an easy job whatsoever. The tile work by Roberto was AMAZING and BEAUTIFULLY done. We love his work! The shower glass by Felix was designed and measured so beautifully and professionally. His installation team did an AMAZING job and the glass just adds a beautiful and luxurious touch! Lukus and Norberto did a fabulous job at always keeping us informed, updated and handling any concerns or questions we had. Most importantly, Lukus came back afterwards, and fine tuned any small fixes we needed. This is a service most companies don't keep their word on. They gave us 100% satisfaction! We'll continue to use this company and suggest them to everyone.

Greg and his team renovated our townhouse while we were traveling overseas; when we returned 4 weeks later our place was 90 percent finished! We remodeled our kitchen, two full bathrooms and a powder room. His project coordinator, Lukus, did a great job keeping us informed of progress while we were away. We have done a few renovations and they are never problem ( big or small ) free and those conversations are always awkward because contractors donâ t always take responsibility. The small issues we encountered with Welcome were quickly addressed; customers satisfaction is important to Greg and his team which was refreshing. We look forward to working with them in the future with our other properties. ð

Our experience with Welcome Renovation was very easy and straightforward. Our designer Lucy was great at letting us know what to expect, and gave us status updates along the way. The workers building our kitchen were all very friendly and professional. Their work was top-notch! Our kitchen was finished in under 4 weeks, and the cost was what they told us it would be, no surprises. We are so glad that we found Welcome Renovation for our first remodeling. They created an amazing kitchen for us!!
