"We contracted Tim to build an 2 bedroom addition onto our 2 BR ranch home. We had him take care of everything except the painting and carpeting. This also included a new unfinished (but insulated) basement, and creating a new hallway through an existing room. An initial visit was done in October 2016, plans drawn up shortly after. A proposal was written up within a few weeks and agreed to. Excavation did not start until March 2017 (which is a perfectly acceptable weather delay due to Winter), and everything was more or less smooth sailing from there on out. Tim's part of the work was complete by May 21, so it was roughly about 2.5 months for the whole addition - which was comfortably ahead of schedule. He installed a ceiling fan and did some other minor electrical work for us. He was also able to install the hardie plank siding that we wanted around the front of the house for us as well. Tim was very professional and knew his way around the building code like no other. His subcontractors were courteous and professional as well. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. Tim was always available to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date on any developments throughout the entire project. "We worked very closely with Alan for the planning of the job and the fixture selection. He listened carefully to what we wanted to accomplish and ultimately helped our wishes become reality. Alan was very accommodating to our schedule, with a vacation planned and an unexpected surgery that was needed. Alans son Jason was the job foreman on our job with Tom and Colin as his assistants. They worked together as a well oiled machine, first covering our hardwood floors with foam board and luan plywood, then covering everything with plastic sheeting and making an actual little roomette enclosure in which they kept their tools and workstation. Know too, that these three men worked on the total gutting and remodeling of one bathroom (master), while also updating an adjacent guest bathroom with new flooring, faucet fixtures and sink while enclosing a reach through storage area to allow for an much larger shower in the master bathroom. The men were on the job at 8 in the morning and worked through until they had accomplished the job goals for that day. All of the work was done professionally, the men were all very courteous and polite and when the job was completed eight days later, we had a brand new master bath and an updated guest bath as desired. There was nothing left here to let anyone know they had even been here except for two very nice bathrooms and two very pleased customers. Thank you A.M. Construction, LLC."

I am an over communicator and have not always had the best luck with good communication amongst contractors and landscapers, but Ty always responded back to my questions, was realistic with the timeframe for this project and was careful to never over promised anything he couldn’t deliver on. He was professional and realistic about when they could come out to squeeze this project into their hectic schedule. They power washed our backyard patio and put poly sand down. They also put topsoil mush down with seed in what used to be a large swingset area. They removed all pebbles and bricks where the swingset used to be. They proceeded to trim all our bushes around the perimeter of the house and last but not least laid down rubberized mulch. I would highly recommend Ty and SPL Lawncare for any landscaping needs! "Project started on January 29th and thought it was completed in two days. looked beautiful. Screws/Nala came through the bedroom wall. Easy fix. Shower kept dropping. Took several Tries and finally a new shower head resolved the problem. One of the biggest problems was a lek that caused a hold to develop in the kitchen ceiling. This fix took a long time because the contractor had other jobs to do before he could complete the fix. We also took the entire month off in March. The repair never got done until Friday the 11th of March. Had to call several times to get the repair done but itv seems good at this time."
