Write a ReviewProject started on January 29th and thought it was completed in two days. looked beautiful. Screws/Nala came through the bedroom wall. Easy fix. Shower kept dropping. Took several Tries and finally a new shower head resolved the problem. One of the biggest problems was a lek that caused a hold to develop in the kitchen ceiling. This fix took a long time because the contractor had other jobs to do before he could complete the fix. We also took the entire month off in March. The repair never got done until Friday the 11th of March. Had to call several times to get the repair done but itv seems good at this time.
At the first appointment with our sales person, John, he was a wonderful kind young man. He seemed to know his business and was a great salesperson. He worked hard to answer all questions and concerns. When we finally got a price from him, that is where the whole situation seemed to fall apart. He went from being a confident young man to needing his supervisor, who was arrogant and rude. They did lower the price, but it was STILL overpriced. Then when the team came to install, we realized that an addition to the order did not show up. When I contacted the young man who was the salesperson about this error, he said he would check on it. In the end it was not added to the order. He told us to get one for the install we would have to pay MORE for the missing addition. the extra was to cover his travel to get it. Not acceptable. The installer was AMAZING! I would hire him in a heartbeat! Kind, knowledgeable and a hard worker. Would I do it again? Good product just shady pricing!
Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to hear the installer provided excellent service, and we apologize for the pricing and missing addition issues. We'll review this to ensure better clarity and transparency moving forward.
We purchased our shower replacement through Premier Home Pros after listening to their sales pitch and seeing the materials replacing what we had. IMPRESSED is all we can say. The shower doors were our main problems, but it all worked out and we're so please with the look. The drain cover issue has been taken care of and so far so good. Thanks to Steve, John, Chris, Bill, Don and Kyle for all of their help from beginning to end on this project. We are so pleased with the outcome!
Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate your comments.
The crew was very efficient. They completed the job in one day.
Wonderful! Thanks so much for your feedback!
I was very pleased up front with the presentation from the sales rep but every other part was not a great one. I had a 2 day job that initially took 6 days and then they did not test my tub for holes prior to full install. My tub had a pinhole found in it and they patched twice themselves, looked terrible. My initial install was in February 2024 and just now in October 2024 they resolved my ongoing issues. I feel that the amount of money over $16,000 for a jetted tub with a hole was not worth it and I feel that my job should have been redone to my satisfaction. Although I will never be fully satisfied or recommend this company to anyone in the future, they did sent a resurfacing company to make the patch job look better and it does. There were also alot of people fired, some that quit and alot of miscommunication because of it. Tub looks nice but was not worth the money I put out considering my experience.
According to our notes, this issue has been resolved. If you have any additional feedback or concerns, please don't hesitate to call us at 1-855-209-7818 (Line 4). We appreciate your time and feedback!
I had a new walk-in shower put in, and it took them five hours and it cost me $14,000. They did not finish the drywall on both sides of the shower and they use nails to put the drywall in instead of screws. Does the shower look nice? Yes, but it is not worth $14,000. I would say itâ s a $6000 job.
The guys with Ralph were polite and thorough in this job. We couldnâ t be happier! They finished the job in 2 days and were conscientious of our needs and what would work. Thank you so much!!
The installers were polite, courteous, and did a really nice job cleaning up
Wonderful to hear! Thank you for your feedback!
Premier Home Pros sent a contractor that was very professional. Zymier was always communicating on what he was doing. Plus extremely helpful and answered all concerns. I was also please with the job manager (s) Jim and especially Tyler Z. who stepped in with Zymier and completed the daunting task of a small "farmhouse" bathroom. Great job guys!
Excellent! Thanks for sharing your experience with us!
The Home Pro experience was first rate from start to finish. Brandon Washburn's presentation was clear and precise. He answered all of our questions and was obviously proud of his job and the company. We decided on the spot to sign a contract. We were given a date of six to eight weeks for installment, The job was finised in less than a month. Lance Jacobson and Raymond Robinson were the installers. They were polite and worked constantly. They d id not take breaks except to eat lunch. They had to work in a confined space and did no damage to the work area. They were expeienced and enjoyed what theu were doing. A supervisor checked on them and talked to us the second day. I recommend Premier Home Pro, Brandon, and Lance and Raymond. The only problem is with the shower curain rod. It does not allow for two sepate rods to move the shower curtains.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback!
