I would give zero stars but it makes you at least give one star. Do not use them they will take forever to finish the job. I believe they are running a Ponzi scheme of a company, or at least that is what it appears to be with the amount of work they are getting done around here. It seems like they used our money to get their bigger clients' jobs done and not our job. The amount of work they have finish in the past five months could have been done in 4 or 5 weeks. There have not shown up to work for multiple weeks, and when the do show up it is one or two days and they only get one thing done. Don't fall for the "you need to pay us money at different phases" and then they don't show up. They claim this doesn't usually happen but they are NOT doing anything to get things done any faster. They continue to tell us someone is coming to do such and such work and NOBODY shows up.

We now have a beautiful kitchen. This price tag was on the high end, but that may have been due to either the high price of lumber at the time (Canadian wildfires) or the customer cabinetry that we needed or both. There were a few instances where I was glad we were on sight as I don’t know if the errors we saw would have been caught prior to them being installed. The upfront design and visualization is top notch, as is the quality of the material. The labor used to install was three star at best.

They took care of everything but painting. I was in great hands from start to finish.

Our home burnt down they designed and built new home we love love. There team is wonderful very professional they feel like family Justin and Jacup were a tremendous help as custom home builders you should check the out if your building.

Outstanding service, high sense of urgency and moved quickly on my project. Love their design capabilities, flexibility and careful attention to detail. Great project management tool -- shows you how funds are spent in very clear detail. No room for error or guessing. Very helpful in helping me get project back no budget due to unexpected situations that arose and completely out of our control. I highly recommend Design First -- what a great decision to hire them for my project!!

Design First was professional from beginning to end. The quality is undeniable and I am completely elated with my new master bathroom. They literally made my dream come true, I would use them again and again.

This all got started right before the pandemic was upon us. The crews worked throughout, keeping social distancing and being super safe. I want to express how wonderful Luke, my project manager kept everything moving. Other shout outs go to Sergi the plumber and Stanley the carpenter. Don't get me wrong, ALL the guys were professional, courteous, and highly skilled. I would recommend or use Designfirst again at any time.

We received multiple estimates, and decided to go with DesignFirst Builders for numerous reasons. Promptness, Showroom, the amount of different types of cabinets, counters, tiles, flooring and more. They also had numerous prices and quality from low to high depending on the cost of the addition to which build. From the start to finish of the project we dealt with multiple architects, designer's and project managers. Anytime we called or left a voice message we were contacted within the hour. Lastly I want to give a shout out to our project manager, ( Rick Divito ). Rick went above and beyond from the begining to the finish of our addition to make sure everything was perfect. If you want your project to be perfect I highly recommend using Designfirst Builders. They are the best !

They were all very professional, all tradesmen cleaned up every day when finished. All questions where answered in a way we were able to understand. Always on time and if there was a delay we were informed in a timely fashion.
