New Look Home Remodel

We had a good experience with New Look Home Remodel. They did a beautiful job remodeling our kitchen. Luke met with us to go over what we wanted and put together a computerized picture diagram of what our new kitchen would look like. Very helpful. We liked the selection of cabinets, counter and backsplash he offered us. The remodeling was completed in five weeks which is what he said it would take. He was very responsive when we called or texted with questions. The only complaint I have is that there were additional expenses he didn't tell us about upfront. His quote did not include the fee for the permit ($544.00). In addition, after the kitchen was gutted we discovered that some of the plumbing behind the sink was corroded and needed to be replaced ($1,100.00). I thought his quote was going to be all inclusive but we wound up having to pay a little more. Still, his price was fair and we would use him again if we decide to remodel our bathroom.

The process was flawless. Lukasz was a total professional. He made an excellent presentation based or needs/wants for a brand new kitchen. The work from the crew was superior. I couldn’t be any happier. It was well worth the reasonable cost. If you are looking for a new kitchen New Look Home Remodel is the way to go.

Lukas was excellent to work with. A bit slow to get started, but then continued through completion. He was cooperative with changes, provided good suggestions, and complete the bathroom remodeling in a single family rental home for us while it was occupied. His communication and respect with the tenants was quite professional, and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Our experience with New Look Home Remodel was great! Lucas was very responsive and made every step of the process very manageable. We are thrilled with how everything turned out - we remodeled our kitchen, added hardwood floors throughout the first floor and second floor hallway, and remodeled 1 bathroom. Lucas helped to steer us in the right direction so the decisions were not very overwhelming. The project stayed within the timeline that was outlined and we stayed within our initial budget (we did add on some additional things that made sense during the project, but there was zero pressure to commit to this.) We are very happy with everything and would certainly recommend/use the company again in the future.

Everyone of the different workers who came in were professional . The project manager came everyday to check if all was going well.

The new bath is a tremendous improvement. Luke provided some helpful guidance on coordinating flooring and other tile. The tub and shower look lovely. I was very clear that the countertop should be impermeable but it isn't, quite. The work was done well except that our existing toilet was broken and it took a while to work that out.

Lucas G was so helpful and patient in advising and assisting me with making decisions about kitchen counter top design. He was prompt and efficient - very much a professional in his home improvement business, I would definitely use his company again especially for kitchen design improvements. My new counter tops look amazing!
