"I called 3 other companies before Double D. Double D responded was able to come out the same day. Doug listened to my problem in obtaining a permit. My husband was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Doug promised that he would get the report to us within 7 days. We received the report within 6 days. Doug explained his report and what we needed to do upon our return to the permit office. He also stressed that if we have any problems at the permit office to call him immediately."

"I canâ t say enough good things about the service Bethlehem Engineering Consulting LLC provided. For starters, our situation was very time sensitive, and we needed a professional engineer onsite within a day. Mr. Kifle is very responsive and provided the structural engineering analysis that we needed to move forward with our project and the purchase of our home. Very professional, on point, and patient. I highly recommend Bethlehem Engineering. Iâ ve added this company to my Rolodex of professional services should I need to call on them again."

"Excellent service. They called me immediately. They arrived on time gave me an estimate and had tool in the car to cut the ceiling and evaluate the framing on the same day. In a day or so sent a 6 page report including pictures and the drawings required to get the permit from the city to complete the framing. They made themselves available so my contractor could ask questions if needed. They didnâ t waste time with multiple trips. One other company wanted to charge me $350 to come out then for an additional charge they would have to come back to cut the ceiling to do a complete evaluation. I donâ t have time to keep taking off work So I didnâ t use them."

Comment: Exterior stairs were removed by the contractor to be replaced. Now he says that a crack in the ceiling under the porch, where the stairs were attached needs to be repaired, and the cost has increased three the original amount. I need to find out what is needed in order to have the back stairs constructed, and any areas under the back porch repaired along with an idea of estimated cost. Also, the columns under the front porch must be replaced because the property owner next-door refuses to upgrade their gutter system which causes water to go inside my roof over the porch and down the column which is caused major damage. Now Contractor says that the cost repairs may increase after a set price was agreed-upon.
