"Our 100 year old home had beautiful original windows but functionality, comfort and safety is what we decided to solve for by getting new windows. It was important to us to match the look as close as possible and we cared about windows that would last. Our neighbor just had their windows done by Renewal by Anderson and they were happy with the outcome, with their recommendation, we decided to set up an appointment. Carol worked with us on selecting windows, offered her valuable advice in regards to safety and functionality and was patient answering many questions. We decided to replace 13 windows and worked with Katie as our project manager who was there throughout the process ensuring everything goes smoothly. Bryant S. and David B. were our installers, we really enjoyed working with them - their attention to detail, care for final look and we saw strong teamwork. They worked as long as they needed to get work done and they were professional. Installation went smoothly, there were a couple of minor issues which team is addressing (safety locks post ordered..). Our home now feels comfortable, safe and windows are functional, we are very happy with the outcome and would be happy recommend their products to others."

"HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

"We hired Ruxton and his helper to repair our backyard deck and remodel the front porch. We are happy with his design suggestions. Both men worked hard and quietly. Ruxton was always easy to reach to answer questions and he was easy-going when I changed something. Both structures feel very sturdy when I walk on them. The railings are strong and give me confidence in using them. Ruxton and Chris were very polite and professional. When they were working in front, they brought all packages delivered to the house to the covered door on the backyard deck. The jobsite was cleaned up very well, all I found was 2 pairs of their work boots under the deck. I will hire them again."

"Aaron and his crew repaired water damage from a leak in our front porch roof. They reframed the deck and replaced the deck surface, then replaced a roof beam, part of a soffett, and built up a new roof substructure for a new flat roof. They replaced exterior stairs, and side shingles in a number of impacted areas. It was multiple projects to get our 100 year old porch back in great shape. They finished off with painting around this project and all other trim around the house. The house is in great shape after all their efforts. Aaron's time estimates at different stages were right on. He and his crew were timely and easy to have around. We like their work quay and we'd work with them again."
