Our neighbor just had their windows done by Renewal by Anderson and they were happy with the outcome, with their recommendation, we decided to set up an appointment. Carol worked with us on selecting windows, offered her valuable advice in regards to safety and functionality and was patient answering many questions. We decided to replace 13 windows and worked with Katie as our project manager who was there throughout the process ensuring everything goes smoothly. Bryant S. and David B. were our installers, we really enjoyed working with them - their attention to detail, care for final look and we saw strong teamwork. They worked as long as they needed to get work done and they were professional. Installation went smoothly, there were a couple of minor issues which team is addressing (safety locks post ordered..). Our home now feels comfortable, safe and windows are functional, we are very happy with the outcome and would be happy recommend their products to others."

They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
