"Being a contractor myself, having a real person on the other end of the phone was great. By real I mean, I called we agreed to the work, they came when they said they would, finished the project and took pictures, sent over the final invoice which was exactly the same price we agreed upon. Surprisingly this is refreshing, and saved me a trip from Portland to Bothell. Thanks you guys for not making earthquake straps on a water heater and me being in another state an issue."
