Dana is very knowledgeable and explain all the details to us before the project. The crew on site have advanced tools and did an awesome job. We really appreciate Danaâ s team used Greenguard water based flow finish to reduce the toxic chemical in the house. The finished floor looks gorgeous, no chemical small, and very high quality. His team also helped us to fix some our old floor in the kitchen area. Dana is very prompt to reply to all of our questions during the project. We really enjoy working with Dana and his team. "We recently had Ybarra Professional Builders do some remodeling in our home. We had a new tiled shower put in our master bathroom. We had new quartz countertops and appliances installed in the kitchen. We had the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen refinished. And we had the whole house painted on the inside. Mike Haim was our project manager and we appreciated his excellent service and vision. Oswaldo and Ray were our expert workmen and they did the whole project. It was great only having two people come in and out to do the work. The company has all their own workmen and so you donâ t have someone new for each job. The workers are very friendly and all talented. The quality of their work is excellent. The overseeing contractor for all my jobs was Omri. He understands quickly the scope of what you want done. He is organized, honest, and prompt at returning texts/calls. He has personal integrity, and just is a really nice guy. "Rosell Home did an amazing job rebuilding my entire home (which had been gutted to the studs) after a fire. The original contractors on the project, were terrible. After several months of no progress, I hired Randy from Rosell Home to finish (really to start) the rebuild. It was the best decision I could have made. The experience was like night and day from the precious contractors. Rosell Home made sure all the permits were properly pulled, had great subcontractors, and made sure the construction was to code. (The previous contractors tried to get away with not bringing things to code, because it would be "too difficult"). The communication was fabulous, I knew when people would be working on my house, what the schedule was, and if there were unexpected issues, they always had proposals for solutions. When Rosell Home took over the reconstruction, they really seemed dedicated to getting me back in as soon as possible. Amber helped me with all the design selections which was critical. After a fire, the last thing you want to do is make decisions about finishes. Amber got a sense of my style and would pull out a few selections for me to look at and choose from. This massively reduced the stress of walking into a store full of tile, or paint, or flooring and being told to pick something. She worked with me to make sure I was happy. They also stood behind their work. During Covid, their normal subcontractors were not always available, and when the alternate subcontractors work was not up to their standards, they had the work redone. Including reinstalling the hardwood floor! Throughout the whole process it felt like they were working on my home, not just another construction site. I love my new house and am so happy with the work they did! If you hire Rosell Home, you will not be disappointed!"

"My husband and I had our entire first floor redone with birch wood. We had birch wood in the kitchen and in the entry way, tiles in the laundry room, and carpet on the rest of the flooring. We wanted to remove all carpet and tile and replace with birch without having to tear out the kitchen and entry way birch flooring. There were a lot of "angled" areas, where the carpet met the wood, and weaving the wood would be tricky. We hired a contractor that James was working for at the time. James was the primary demo guy and installer, and he was able to remove portions of the wood near the angled areas and weave the new birch wood with the old. The results are stunning! James was very meticulous and made sure that every new plank matched the old plank. It was like playing "Tetris"! James is very knowledgeable with the types of wood and how to treat them when installing. We would definitely hire James and his company, ArtiZen Hardwood Floors, in the future for any new wood floor installation and to possibly do a maintenance follow up with the new flooring."

"Khoa was great to work with. Both he and Anthony were extremely professional, very clean, and do great work. We had Khoa and Anthony replace all the windows in our house, remodeled a bathroom (vanity install, toilet, tile floor), and tore down a wall we wanted out. Khoa answered all my questions up front - provided multiple estimates on ideas we were considering - and was very competitive in his pricing! Even after dealing with multiple change order requests from my wife and I, hard to make up your mind some times :), he was a pleasure to work with and i'd recommend him to anyone."
