Ray and his crew where very easy to work with. The hardwood floors turned out better than expected. Pricing was reasonable with no surprises.

Ray and his crew were top notch. They did what they said, for the price that they quoted. We liked their work so much, we are going to have them refinish the rest of our floors. I couldnâ t recommend G R & R, LLC more!

Ray and his crew did an exceptional job. We had our kitchen floor replaced with beautiful tile. They also tiled a wall with nice subway tile and installed a vanity, light fixtures, and a mirror. They painted our bedroom as well. GRR was very transparent of details concerning the project, and were sure to keep us informed about changes to the plan. They are flexible and I would, overall, recommend.

Ray and his team did an OK job. The floor overall looks better but there also was some sloppy work. Here are the pros/ cons. Cons: 1) There is a spot in the kitchen where there is a build up of top coat that was not evenly spread. 2) There is a spot where the boards are uneven and a board bows up a bit. 3)Our tile floor was not masked off and some top coat is now on the edges of our tile. 4) Along some of the baseboards there is a dark line of stain as well as a build up in top coat. Im hoping the thicker topcoat is not going to cause cracking issues. 5) I was planning on repainting the baseboards but they also got stain on the base of our kitchen cabinets. If I was not already planning to refinish them I would be extremely upset by this! 6) We found spots of stain on the carpet. Pros: 1) Ray was responsive and a good communicator. His workers showed up on time and he did the job in the time we agreed upon. 2) We had new flooring added. You can not tell the new flooring from the old. It was weaved in nicely. 3) Overall the floor looks much better. 4) The water based finish looks nice and was safer for our pets and our health. 5) At the last minute we discover we had flooring damage under our refrigerator. Rays team fixed this issue without adding time or extra cost. We did approach them about fixing the issues. He apologized but did not fix any of the problems.

I was very happy with them and would definitely recommend them. They did a great job cleaning up and leaving the kitchen ready to put things back.

Ray showed himself as knowledgeable and honest. He was able to meet our schedule. His crew was able to weave in the repairs into our original oak floors. A stain was applied to hide pet urine strains The finished work looks as though the floors were all original strained a trendy color. Great Work.

My husband and I remodeled our main floor and needed to patch, repair and restore our existing oak floor. Ray and his crew did a great job. The floor is beautiful.
