Precision Flooring and Mill Work is responsive and pays impressive attention to project details. They updated our Kirkland townhouse with new luxury vinyl plank flooring and new moldings. We also had them install new countertops and sinks in the kitchen and in three bathrooms. They also refreshed the entire home with new paint on all three levels. They completed our entire project on budget and on time. And everything looks great. Start to finish, Precision Flooring was creative, timely, and organized. We recommend them.

The owner broke his arm, so he supervised. The quality of the work was still excellent. When there was an unforseen plumbing issue, he followed up quickly, knew how to fix it, made good on his word and followed up quickly. This is a very knowledgeable and skilled group.

Alex and his team did a fabulous job removing my old bamboo floor and moldings and installing new laminate and moldings. They got the entire job (approximately 500 sf) done in two days. And Alex built a new fireplace surround for me as well. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend.
